Szanujemy Twoją prywatność. Niniejsza Polityka Prywatności opisuje, w jaki sposób wtyczka NextPrompts („Rozszerzenie”) zbiera, wykorzystuje i chroni Twoje dane.

Nasza fundamentalna zasada brzmi: Twoje dane należą do Ciebie. Rozszerzenie zostało zaprojektowane tak, aby działać lokalnie na Twoim urządzeniu, bez wysyłania Twoich promptów czy danych osobowych na zewnętrzne serwery dewelopera.

2. Jakie dane zbieramy?

Wtyczka NextPrompts nie zbiera danych osobowych w sposób zautomatyzowany. Przetwarzamy jedynie dane, które sam wprowadzasz w celu zapewnienia funkcjonalności narzędzia:

  1. Prompty i Kategorie: Treści promptów, ich nazwy, tagi oraz struktura kategorii, które tworzysz lub edytujesz.

  2. Ustawienia: Twoje preferencje dotyczące wyglądu wtyczki (motyw jasny/ciemny, szerokość panelu, tryb interfejsu).

  3. Statystyki użycia (Lokalne): Dane o częstotliwości użycia poszczególnych promptów oraz historia aktywności (np. „heat map”). Te dane są obliczane i przechowywane wyłącznie na Twoim urządzeniu. Nie mamy do nich dostępu.

  4. Ulubione: Lista promptów oznaczonych jako ulubione.

3. Gdzie przechowujemy Twoje dane?

Wszystkie dane generowane przez Rozszerzenie są przechowywane w infrastrukturze przeglądarki Google Chrome, wykorzystując:

  • chrome.storage.local: Tu przechowywana jest większość Twoich promptów i statystyk. Dane te nie opuszczają Twojego urządzenia.

  • chrome.storage.sync: Używane do synchronizacji kluczowych ustawień i mniejszych danych między Twoimi urządzeniami, na których jesteś zalogowany do przeglądarki Chrome.

Nie posiadamy własnych serwerów bazy danych. Jako deweloperzy nie mamy technicznej możliwości podglądu Twoich promptów ani statystyk.

4. Udostępnianie danych podmiotom trzecim

Nie sprzedajemy ani nie udostępniamy Twoich danych firmom marketingowym. Twoje dane mogą być przekazywane podmiotom trzecim tylko w wyniku Twojego bezpośredniego działania wewnątrz wtyczki:

  1. Platformy AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity):

    • Gdy używasz funkcji „Wklej” lub „Ulepsz z AI”, treść Twojego promptu lub zaznaczonego tekstu jest wstawiana bezpośrednio w pole tekstowe na stronie danej usługi AI.

    • W tym momencie zastosowanie ma polityka prywatności danej platformy AI (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google lub Perplexity AI). Wtyczka działa jedynie jako pośrednik automatyzujący wklejanie tekstu.

  2. Google (Chrome Web Store & Sync):

    • Synchronizacja danych odbywa się za pośrednictwem serwerów Google zgodnie z ich polityką prywatności.

  3. FlashNext.ai (Partner):

    • Wtyczka zawiera linki partnerskie/banery kierujące do serwisu FlashNext.ai. Kliknięcie w taki link może przekazać standardowe dane analityczne (np. źródło wejścia), ale nie przekazuje treści Twoich promptów.

5. Wyjaśnienie uprawnień

Wtyczka prosi o następujące uprawnienia w celu zapewnienia swojego działania:

  • Storage (storage): Niezbędne do zapisywania Twoich promptów, kategorii i ustawień na dysku komputera.

  • Host Permissions (Dostęp do stron): Wtyczka potrzebuje dostępu do stron takich jak chatgpt.com, claude.ai, perplexity.ai, gemini.google.com, aby móc wstawiać (wklejać) prompty w pola czatu. Wtyczka nie czyta Twojej historii czatów na tych stronach – jedynie wchodzi w interakcję z polem wprowadzania tekstu.

  • Scripting (scripting): Używane do technicznego procesu wstawiania tekstu na stronach AI.

6. Bezpieczeństwo

Ponieważ dane przechowywane są lokalnie w Twojej przeglądarce, ich bezpieczeństwo zależy od bezpieczeństwa Twojego komputera i konta Google. Zalecamy dbanie o aktualizacje przeglądarki i systemu operacyjnego.

7. Prywatność dzieci

Rozszerzenie nie jest skierowane do dzieci poniżej 13 roku życia i świadomie nie zbieramy danych od takich osób.

    • When you use the „Paste” or „Improve with AI” features, the content of your prompt or selected text is inserted directly into the input field on the respective AI service’s website.

    • At that point, the Privacy Policy of the specific AI platform (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Perplexity AI) applies. The Extension acts solely as an intermediary tool to automate text insertion.

  2. Google (Chrome Web Store & Sync):

    • Data synchronization across your devices is handled by Google servers in accordance with their privacy policy.

  3. FlashNext.ai (Partner):

    • The Extension contains affiliate links/banners directing to FlashNext.ai. Clicking such a link may transmit standard web analytics data (e.g., referral source), but it does not transmit the content of your prompts.

5. Permissions Explained

The Extension requests the following permissions to function correctly:

  • Storage (storage): Required to save your prompts, categories, and settings locally on your computer’s hard drive.

  • Host Permissions (Access to websites): The Extension needs access to specific websites such as chatgpt.com, claude.ai, perplexity.ai, gemini.google.com, and aistudio.google.com to insert (paste) prompts into chat fields. The Extension does not read your chat history on these sites; it only interacts with the text input field.

  • Scripting (scripting): Used for the technical process of injecting text into the AI platforms.

Because your data is stored locally in your browser, its security depends on the security of your computer and your Google account. We recommend keeping your browser and operating system updated to the latest versions.
